Working with PoppyMoth begins when you contact us and let us know what you are looking for (in this example, a full song production of a demo).

You can use this form to provide all the information we need.

This will include your demo, and will ask you for a reference track or two that you love the sound of as a direction for your song (with information about what you love about this reference track), whether you need topline, lyrics and vocals and any time requirements you have.

When we have reviewed your submission and are sure we are a great fit for working together, we will contact you by email to confirm:

- pricing

- file delivery

- due dates

- any specifics in relation to copyright, percentages and credit, if relevant.

With all this agreed and everybody happy, we will send you an agreement to sign confirming all of the above

To move forward with the work, we need:
- Signed agreement

- Typically 50% payment of the full fee

- Your demo (and anything else needed for the project, for example a guide vocal track and lyrics)

- Reference track as mentioned above, if not provided previously

4.

We get to work on your project!

First, we will create a scratch production for the direction we are going with your song.

We'll send this to you as an mp3 to make sure you're happy and get your approval to continue.

5.

When you confirm that you are happy, we'll complete the full production.

We'll send you an mp3 of the full production to confirm that you are happy.

6.

With all well and good, you transfer the balance of our fee.

We deliver your high quality files to you.
